Transformative coaching

Coaching and mentoring for late-diagnosed ADHD adults that helps you move from confusion and self-doubt to clarity, stability, and real practical change.

As an ADHD practitioner, I’ll work with you to rebuild executive-function skills - planning, starting, sustaining, and finishing.

We’ll use practical strategies that fit how your brain actually works. We pair burnout recovery with gentle accountability, so you can reduce overwhelm, restore and manage energy, and create a sustainable productivity rhythm after diagnosis.

Through understanding your neurodivergent strengths alongside the challenges, you learn how to navigate life with more self compassion, better supports, and the confidence to thrive.

Why work with me

I’m a qualified coach, mentor, and ADHD Practitioner and have been a leadership coach with decades of corporate experience, I now work with late-diagnosed ADHD adults - especially women who’ve been running on burnout.

My goal is to support your journey towards clarity, self-compassion, helping you find practical executive-function strategies that actually fit how your neurodivergent brain works. Together, we build the systems and routines that support planning, starting, focusing, and finishing, while also creating a burnout recovery plan that brings your energy back.

My approach blends compassion, evidence-informed coaching, and real-world accountability - so you can move from overwhelm and “trying harder” to thriving with confidence after diagnosis.

Diagnosed with ADHD in my early 50s, I understand the lived experience; of constantly working harder, never feeling productive enough, and the exhaustion of a racing mind and inconsistent sleep.
